The Balanced Leader Coaching Program provides a transformational and empowering support structure for leaders who want to learn how to tap into their true power and inner wisdom. You will always know where your path for greater well-being and impact is pointing you. And we will help you to identify concrete steps that will lead you to the full realization of your vision. As a result, you will enjoy greater confidence, optimism and joy in your daily work.
Identifying new and more powerful ways to express your strengths, gifts and talents will help you to show up from a place of abundance, authenticity and possibility instead of lack, fear and limitation. This will allow you to realize your highest potential as a leader and visionary. As a result, you will feel more fulfilled in your work. And those you lead will be inspired by your leadership and feel inspired to bring their best selves to work.
Developing a strong and positive mindset will allow you to respond to challenges in your work from a place of confidence and optimism. You’ll also be able show up from a place of greater presence, awareness and groundedness. And you’ll learn to tune into your higher wisdom so you can benefit from its guidance and always know which steps to take regardless of circumstances and what’s showing up for you.

This format includes six 90-minute personalized one-on-one coaching sessions; detailed write-ups after each session with summarized main concepts and insights; in between session support via email and text messaging to provide additional assistance and accountability; and emergency support for special situations, such as important meetings, decisions, and unforeseen challenges.
A 6-month program will provide you with a foundational framework and additional support to help you embody new practices and behavioral patterns so you can enjoy greater balance and well-being. This format includes twelve 90-minute personalized one-on-one coaching sessions; detailed write-ups after each session with summarized main concepts and insights; in between session support via email and text messaging to provide additional assistance and accountability; and emergency support for special situations, such as important meetings, decisions, and unforeseen challenges.
A 12-month program will provide you with a foundational framework, additional support to help you embody new practices and behavioral patterns so you can enjoy greater balance and well-being, and full integration of all areas you want to take to the next level in your professional and leadership development. This format includes twenty-four 90-minute personalized one-on-one coaching sessions; detailed write-ups after each session with summarized main concepts and insights; in between session support via email and text messaging to provide additional assistance and accountability; and emergency support for special situations, such as important meetings, decisions, and unforeseen challenges.

My name is Alex Poeter and I’ve been working in nonprofit/NGO organizational development for over thirty years. I’ve worked in many capacities at organizations, including founding and co-founding organizations, management, program development, board development, staff development, campaign development, and much more.
I’ve also been working as a professional coach with organizations for over ten years — which means I’m familiar with the common causes and conditioned patterns that prevent leaders from creating the balance that allows them to maintain their well-being. I’ve learned that if we want to remove deeply embodies patterns that are holding us back, we have to create deep inner transformation. We have to become the change we want to experience in our life and work.
I’ve found that it’s not enough to just participate in leadership development trainings. Creating sustainable well-being and balance comes from the embodiment of a new mindset and new belief systems — but also from embodying new behaviors that are rooted in the values of well-being, balance, possibility and abundance. Creating greater balance, well-being, joy and fulfillment comes from daily practice. This means that well-being and balance isn’t something to be attained at a certain point in the future. It’s something that has to be lived from and embodied every day.
